Do

• Be kind and patient with others
• Share helpful tips about the wait (parking, vending machines, etc.)
• Use an appropriate nickname
• Report messages that break these rules

Don't

• Post personal information (phone numbers, addresses, full names)
• Be rude, aggressive, or harass anyone
• Advertise products or services
• Post anything illegal or harmful
• Impersonate staff or medical professionals

Moderation

Messages that violate these guidelines will be hidden. Repeated violations may result in further action. Our volunteer moderators review reports as quickly as possible.

Remember: everyone in a waiting room is going through something. A little kindness goes a long way.
